Using this framework leaders can better anticipate future needs and create a workplace that fits the future.
In today’s VUCA world, the environment demands that we react to on-going changes that are unpredictable and outside our current area of expertise and this can lead to a feeling of helplessness leading to stress and anxiety. If organisations do not respond to the business environments in which they compete, they will cease to be relevant in filling the needs of their evolving stakeholders.
