Another first to our credit – an HR Advisory body hosted the Annual Training Needs Seminar with Thought Leaders, professionals in Hong Kong across industries. There were speakers, panel discussions and Experts from industry to highlight new HR practices. It was a platform for sharing and learning from Success Stories and challenges.
TSol was engaged to run the Lunch & Learn session – which was to engage the participants during the break-time and make it a bonding time. We conducted a mini capsule of ‘Mind Over Matter’ Team Quiz. The teams participated enthusiastically, raised their excitement quotient and there were High 5’s for every right answer and loud sighs of disappointment when a point was missed. Questions were creative and intuitive covering Hong Kong, Business etc. and the teams witnessed the thrill of knowing and the joy of discovery.
