The Client: A Multinational Professional Services firm,
Brief: The APAC Tax talent team of the company had many success stories around Diversity & Inclusion that were localized to certain regions. The challenge was how to migrate these processes and policies across regions so that there is standardization and success transfer. Countries were resisting and there was some pushback to new experiences.
The Need: The team was committed to embed success stories across regions and in a manner that takes the cultural nuances into account. How to make teams imagine and visualize the transformed environment & what would the benefits look like; how would it help the team.
Measure: Implement policies and processes across countries.

What was a One Day workshop on Storytelling for Leaders for the Researchers at Harvard Business School - India Research Centre on 14th June 2018 turned out to be a ringside view of values in action. The focus was on embellishing the Case writing process with Storytelling to add an engaging narrative as also understand the power of stories to connect and engage with stakeholders. Growth Mindset at its best: incredibly cohesive team, eager to learn, happy to introspect and comfortable with peer feedback, led from the top by Anjali Raina. On Day 2, our India team ran a well constructed, customised Emotional Intelligence program with Genos report.
A Chinese proverb says, “There is always a teacher for me amongst the three people I am with. 三人行必有我師” – we clearly felt that! An NPS of 88 was the icing on the cake!

We ran an Open Program on Storytelling for Leaders on 6th March 2018. Great to see an engrossed and engaged group, focussed on learning. Excellently facilitated by Mark Schenk from Anecdote, the session turned out to be a veritable storehouse of stories, all with a business point. When you learn not just from the session but from the peer group, you know you have a good thing going!
